Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using AppealPanda. This policy explains when a refund is available under our money-back guarantee, how to request one, and how refunds are processed. Because our products are delivered digitally, no physical item needs to be returned.

Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies to paid appeal reports. It provides a refund where our report indicated potential tax savings and, after you timely filed your petition, the governing tax authority issued a decision that did not reduce your property’s assessed value.

When a Refund Is Available

You are eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:

• Your paid appeal report indicated potential tax savings;
• You filed your petition with the governing tax authority by the applicable deadline; and
• The governing authority issued a decision that did not reduce your assessed value.

When a Refund Is Not Available

A refund is not available if:

• Our report indicated potential savings but you did not file a petition, or did not file by the applicable deadline;
• You filed and received any reduction in your assessed value, even if the reduction is less than the amount our report estimated; or
• The request is submitted after the refund window described below has closed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@appealpanda.com and include:

• The property (parcel) the report was purchased for; and
• Documentation from the governing tax authority showing that you filed your petition and the outcome of its decision, including the resulting assessed value.

Requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of the authority’s decision on your petition. Because a decision may occur several months after purchase, this period runs from the decision date, not the purchase date.

How Refunds Are Processed

We review each request individually. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to seven (7) days from our receipt of your documentation to process an approved refund; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will email you when your refund has been processed. We may decline requests where the required documentation is not provided.

Exceptions

The $10 property information report is a digital informational product, delivered immediately upon purchase. It is final sale and non-refundable, and is not covered by the money-back guarantee.
